1 Do I have to be local to work with you?

Nope! We able to work with clients from all over the world. Our members works remotely, allowing us to be available at all time to answer enquiries from our clients. Our team members are also great communicators and are able to communicate with our clients via phone or email from all over the world.

2 How long will it take for my web project to be completed?

The timescale of a website design project is often dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will make every effort to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client. For most projects, we try to work within the 4-6 week time-frame.

3 Will my website be responsive and mobile-ready?

All websites are built to suit, but in general terms, almost all of our websites are fully-responsive.

4 Is there any training provided for the use of a CMS such as WordPress?

The Content Management Systems really are very easy to use and do have explanatory notes included where necessary. We run through the administration screens with you when we design the site for you – however if at any time you have any questions we are available to run through the procedures or answer any queries you may have.

5 How much will a website cost?

The cost of a web site varies depending on the site and complexity. A starter website containing a homepage, about page and contact page starts at $1,000+HST. If you give us a call we will be pleased to discuss with you, your website design requirements and give you a quotation based on your unique needs.

6 I already have a website and I need it updated, can you help me?

Yes, we would be happy to look at your existing website and give you a quote for updating it.

7 Does my hosting subscription include 24/7 tech support?

No. As the account administrator, only we have access to the server technical support. In case of technical issues, simply e-mail or call us to report the issue and we will do our best resolved as quickly as possible. Support tickets will be resolved within 24 hours, or sooner.
